May 2011 - Amanda presented "Discover your Strengths" to Celebrating Women in Business organized by the Sammamish Chamber of Commerce.
March and April 2011 - Beyond the Resume delivered in Sammamish in a 2-day workshop and a 4 day workshop. Twelve participants experienced the process of identifying and communicating their strengths.
October 2010 - Beyond the Resume is back by popular demand! Amanda delivers this unique program to job seekers and career developers. She is also teaching job search skills at Bellevue College through the ESL program and career center.
August 2010 - Amanda delivered 'Discover your Strengths' to middle school students and increased the confidence of each young person. "It is wonderful to begin early, so that students can make good choices for their futures" Amanda said.
June 2010 - Amanda worked with small business owners to discover strengths and develop their business.
April/May 2010 - Beyond the Resume will be presented in Sammamish. Amanda will faciliatate another successful workshop for people in career transition.
February 2010 - Amanda delivered the "Beyond the Resume" workshop, located in Sammamish. Four out of five participants found employment within one month.
February 2010 - Amanda will deliver a two hour presentation called "Discovering your Strengths" to the ICC Consulting group.
Fall 2009 and Winter 2010 - Amanda teaches popular job search and communication classes at Bellevue College to English as a Second Language speakers.
June 16, 7 p.m. — Encore presentation of "How to Find a Job in a Tough Economy" at the Issaquah Library.
May 2009 — Amanda offers FREE career help during the King County Library's "Look to Your Library for Information" week (May 1-8) for job seekers and families dealing with the effects of the recession. Ask Amanda for advice on resumes, interview skills and more. Visit Amanda 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 5 at the Sammamish Library; 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 7 at the Issaquah Library; or 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, May 8 at the Sammamish Library.
