The Beyond the Resume Workshop* is an intensive job-search seminar to help you find a career that fits you, rather than the more traditional approach that tries to fit you to a career. In the workshop, you will:
EXPLORE the “good experiences” in your life. What have you done — at any age or stage of life, professionally or personally — that you’ve enjoyed and been good at?
DISCOVER the unique strengths and talents that contributed to your good experiences. Uncover the patterns in your life that make you YOU. Think outside the resume box and create a report that captures your strengths, your talents and your values.
GROW in confidence as you gain the skills to talk about your strengths with self-assurance and poise in job interviews, negotiating promotions and pay, and in meeting new people. (Yes, even those of you who are more shy and introverted!)
CONNECT with opportunities you never thought possible by using your personal report to make contacts, promote yourself, improve interview techniques and effectively network.
ATTRACT the right job offers. Participants complete the course with a clearer idea of who they are, what their value is in the workplace, and how to put their talents to work and attract satisfying employment.

Cost
$325 includes 20 hours of class time, valuable take-home materials, a light lunch and refreshments each day, ongoing group support and most importantly, a newfound knowledge about yourself and the confidence to reach your goals.
