Amanda thinks outside the box
Through the years, Amanda has discovered that the one-mold-fits-all approach to finding a job doesn’t always lead to satisfying employment.
“I’ve seen many people struggling with traditional job searches. A client would leap excitedly into a job she worked hard to get, and sooner or later, she’d realize it wasn’t the right job,” says Amanda. “We had packaged her to land the job she thought she wanted, rather than seeking a job that truly fit her unique talents and abilities.”
After hearing the same story time and again from clients who were either in the wrong job, or unsure what they wanted in the first place, Amanda began to think “outside the box”. She tapped into a powerful program which helps people explore their life; discover their strengths and talents; grow in confidence; connect with others; and attract the right job offers. These workshops, which she calls "Beyond the Resume Workshops", have become the cornerstone of Amanda's business.
